Bishop Charles Young serves as the regional bishop of The Progressive Region within Visionaries in Covenant Incorporated.  His Episcopal charge covers 14 churches in the vicinity of northwest Florida and southeast Alabama.  Bishop Charles Young has been a pastor of pastors for numerous years and now fully accepts and walks in the office to which he is called for this season.  He will be duly consecrated in November 2011 continuing to fulfill the vision and purpose God has orchestrated for his life.  Visionaries In Covenant (V.I.C.) is a Christian fellowship of ecclesiastical organizations, each led by a pastor possessing a God-given vision to advance the kingdom of heaven operating within the five-fold ministry of Jesus Christ through the strength of covenant relationship.
